About NotchRx
We started by listening.
NotchRx grew from a shared belief at CEimpact: pharmacy teams deserve technology that makes difficult work easier. After years of helping pharmacists build knowledge and put it into practice, we set out to explore what pharmacy owners needed next.
What we heard
One challenge kept surfacing.
In conversations with independent owners and pharmacy leaders, the same answer came back again and again: keeping up with compliance. Not because nobody was doing the work. The work was being done, and done carefully. It was that what should be a clear, dependable process had become a costly patchwork.
Regulations move
Requirements change on somebody else's schedule, and finding out late is the expensive way to find out.
SOPs take time
Standard Operating Procedures have to be written, reviewed, updated, and acknowledged. Work that never fully ends.
Nothing is connected
Documents in one place, training in another, daily tasks in a third. The person holding them together is doing it from memory.
What we built
One platform, connected.
That insight led us to build NotchRx: one practical, connected platform for independent pharmacies, growing chains, and enterprise organizations. It brings the pieces of compliance into a single system so pharmacy teams can spend less time managing compliance and more time serving patients.
