These terms cover your use of notchrx.com. Access to the NotchRx product at app.notchrx.com is governed by the written agreement between NotchRx and the organization that provisioned your account. Where the two differ, that agreement governs.

What this site is and is not

The material on this site describes the NotchRx product. Capabilities marked in development are not available, and nothing on this site should be read as a commitment to deliver them on a particular date or at all.

Nothing here is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. NotchRx is a system for managing compliance work and keeping the record of it. It does not determine what your organization is required to do, and using it does not make an organization compliant.

Pricing shown here

Figures shown on the pricing page are placeholders while the commercial model is being settled, and are labeled as such. They are not an offer. A binding price comes from us in writing.

Intellectual property

The NotchRx name, wordmark, site design, and written material are ours. Policy and procedure templates published in the NotchRx library are licensed for use by pharmacies within the product, not for redistribution.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or the product, interfere with their operation, or scrape them at a scale that degrades service for anybody else. If you find a security weakness, tell us at security@notchrx.com and we will treat the report seriously.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do.
